Evaluates, records and reports on patient progress.Requirements:CPR, TX LICENSE in Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy/Speech Language Pathology.Bachelors, graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy/Speech Language Pathology school; Master's preferred.1- 2 years acut
