OverviewNorthwest Permanente P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physiatrist to join a thriving department of nine Physicians and two Physician Assistants as a locum tenens provider. This role will primarily perform EMG's at our Sunnybrook and Central Interstate Medical offices and can work up to full-time. Based on the evolving needs of our patients, this role may allow for ultrasound guided injections for shoulder and hip as well. Chronic pain and disability issues are managed by our primary care providers which results in efficient and streamlined care for the Kaiser members and allows us to work as a consultative service within the health system.
