Mercy One Centerville is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join its established practice. We offer a competitive compensation package, $50,000 sign on bonus and up to $150,000 student loan repayment, paid malpractice and CME allowance $5000 per year.
Practice Details
- 2 year above market income guaranteed base salary with production incentives
- 3 Physicians and 5 Nurse Practitioners
- Outpatient only practice
- ARNP covers hospital 24/7 (Physician back up)
- 31 days off annually

MercyOne Centerville Medical Center is a 25 bed critical access Hospital. Recently named a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital by the Chartis Center for Rural Health. With service area of 15,000, MercyOne Centerville has 2 operating rooms, 1 Endoscopy suite, 3 Bed monitored care unit. Average daily census is 5 patients, patient average length of stay is 2.86 days. MercyOne Centerville averages 180,000 visits annually. It provides a broad range of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, diagnostic, imaging and surgery as well as 14 specialty clinics. It operates long term care unit, geriatric mental health services and medical clinic including 7 day a week MercyOne Centerville Quick Care Clinic.
Centerville, recently named a Top 5 Outdoor Community, is only 1.5 hours from Des Moines, 3 hours from Kansas City, and 3 hours from Omaha. Centerville's small-town feel, with good public schools and Indian Hills Community College make it the perfect place to call home.
