This position offers flexible work environment opportunities for INPATIENT ONLY, INPATIENT/OUTPATIENT MIX or OUTPATIENT ONLY work. INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation is one of Oklahoma’s largest, most comprehensive and respected rehabilitation facilities. Our inpatient rehabilitation team includes five Physicians, two PA’s, nurses, LPC’s, therapists, dieticians, rec therapy, social workers and case managers. We offer state of the art clinical inpatient and outpatient programs and specialized services including limb loss, brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, burn, orthopedics, neuro, and transplant/LVAD.
