Description

Participate in a comprehensive range of Vascular and Interventional Neurology training program activities under the direction of a designated Neurology, Radiology or Neurosurgery Attending. These activities may take place at Grady Memorial Hospital, Emory University Hospital, The Emory Clinic, Inc., and/or Emory University Hospital-Midtown and include:

• Participation in the stroke and interventional neuroradiology care team primarily responsible for patient care in the Grady and Emory Hospital systems.
• Development of specialized interventional neuroradiology procedural skills.
• Participate in the interventional neuroradiology fellow call pool on a full-time equivalent basis.
• Participate in the clinical education, training and development of fellows, residents and medical students through on-site clinical rotation activities, and campus or departmental conferences.
