The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group is seeking a board eligible/certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician. This is a hybrid position that will allow telework from home. Job duties will include providing in-person clinical care (50%) and rehabilitative services for patients with a wide range of conditions, such as post-stroke rehab, amputees, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This role will also include telework (50%) where the provider will serve as a post-acute physician advisor to help determine appropriateness of post-acute venues, including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Subacute Rehabilitation (SAR) and Acute Rehabilitation (AR).
