Inpatient Rehab Done Smart & Enjoyable! (outpatient +1) Metro-Detroit, MI
We have an opportunity for a PM&R Doc that's looking for a well-run & enjoyable Inpatient Rehab experience, combined with an equally enjoyable outpatient/office experience. Attending physician for a 5-6 Rehab bed team. Quick rounds & weekly Team Meetings. 1-2 Inpt consult/day. EPIC EMR with lots of Rehab focused Smart-phrases. IM/Hosp consultants that provide full coverage for all of medical care, so no late night / weekend calls regarding medical issues. Admission Coordinators that prepare much of the Pre-Admission Assessments & coaching/mentoring/templates to meet CMS rule compliance. 8-12 weekend calls per Year. Share unit with 3-4 other Rehab Physicians from our group who provide cross coverage for weekends, holidays and vacations. Heading up two teams (10-1
