Training and/or experience:
Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation program required
Illinois Licensed or ability to obtain
Patient centered with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative and supportive team player
Strong desire to advance the growth of an already successful program
Program Overview:
Partner with an experienced multi-disciplinary team and enjoy outstanding support with a dedicated staff
Highly supportive and respected practice consisting of 5 well-established Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians
Combined Practice consisting of 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient
Call
Shared weekend and Holiday Rotation to allow for good work/life balance
Take call for own patients during the week
Opportunity for electrodiagnosis, acute inpatient rehabilitations, consultations, and subacute rehabilitation
Pursue all interests in all aspects of spasticity management and/or your own area of clinical interest
General PM&R procedures, including, but not limited to Joint Injections, Trigger Point Injections, and EMG’s
Advocate Christ is an 802-bed Medical Center in Oak Lawn and one of the busiest Level 1 Trauma centers in Illinois
Major referral hospital for several specialties including cancer care, heart & kidney transplant, and orthopedics
Renovated Clinic with spacious waiting room, 3 exams rooms and dedicated Physician space with breakroom
