The Staff physician in the SCI/D Health Care Group is a board certified/board eligible physician who serves as a primary care physician for patients with spinal cord injury. S/he to be responsible for both the inpatient and outpatient care for patients as part of an interdisciplinary team centered around the SCI Veteran. The panel size is approximately 100-120 patients. Applicants with specialty training in internal medicine and/or PMR/SCI are encouraged to apply. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
