Position Information:
WakeMed is seeking a General Adult Urologist to join our established group in Raleigh, North Carolina. With 5 locations within the region, our team currently consists of 12 physicians, 7 APPs, and support staff. This is a busy clinical position providing outpatient and inpatient care. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained. They will possess some combination of skills including Laparoscopy. Robotic room time available. Call coverage and clinical responsibilities will be shared with team members of the urology team.

* Very collegial department with a comprehensive team-based approach to patient care including support and collaboration with our pediatric hospitalist colleagues.
This position reports directly to the Director of Urology and supports the mission, values, and management of WPP. The Physician may be responsible for providing teaching and supervision to residents, medical students and/or APP's within their division. The Physician is responsible for appropriate coding and corporate compliance and may be responsible for some general administrative responsibilities of the practice.
