OSF HealthCare is seeking a full-time Primary Care physician to join a compassionate and tight-knit team in Streator, Illinois. You will focus on outpatient care at The Center for Health, which provides full-spectrum of medical and social services including primary care, urgent care, cardiovascular services and testing, orthopedics, general surgery, OB, podiatry, rehab services, x-ray, laboratory, respiratory, infusion services, community education, a mobile Care-a-Van bringing healthcare to marginalized areas, and other diagnostic services as well as a freestanding emergency department within the facility. Additionally, OSF contributes and partners with local organizations such as the YMCA to create awareness about healthy habits and living well. The schedule offers a lot of flexibility, and the overall role involves quite a bit of autonomy. However, you can expect easy access to system-wide support whenever you need it. Additionally, physicians can enjoy career development opportunities through OSF's Physician Leadership Academy. • Monday through Friday schedule
• Call is 1:18, phone only with first call being handled by after-hours call center
