South Bend Orthopaedics (SBO) is seeking a fellowship trained Physical Medicine and Rehab (PMR) Physician to join a well-established and busy practice full time.  The Physician will practice within South Bend Orthopaedics which was founded in 1947 and is one of the largest practices in the State of Indiana.  SBO is a highly successful practice and functions as the team physicians and consultants for The University of Notre Dame Athletic Department.  The Physician joining the practice must be board certified or board eligible. The referral base is broad and includes Northern and North Central Indiana as well as Southern Michigan and surrounding counties.
