Physician (Physiatrist)
The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service staff physiatrist reports to the Service Chief of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service. A staff physiatrist routinely performs inpatient and outpatient musculoskeletal and neuromuscular examinations, electrodiagnostic testing, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound evaluations, perform peripheral joint and axial spine injections, determines diagnoses, and initiates treatments that emphasize restoration of function. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
