Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana, is looking for a psychologist who is interested in a great practice opportunity, part time in our Acute Rehabilitation Unit, and part time designed by you, typically in an outpatient setting.

Job Information:

• Our Rehab Unit!
• Excellent opportunity to engage patients and their families as they adjust to life changing conditions!
• We have a 20 bed CARF accredited unit since 1973
• Mix of patient populations including patients recovering from CVA, TBI, spinal cord trauma, amputation and more
• Engaged staff with active patient care conferences, Rehab Development team and Shared Governance
• Opportunity to carry over to the OP setting as well
• Provide individual, family and group therapy; clinical assessment care coordination and crisis intervention of patient and their families/caregivers
• Utilizes skills to collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team on the inpatient rehab unit, , participating in rounds, and assisting with treatment and discharge planning and post-hospitalization linkage.
• Opportunities for the other half of your practice are available in the following areas depending on your preference/desires!
• The Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, where psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and counselors provide a full spectrum of psychiatric services including therapy, assessment, medical management, partial hospitalization, etc.
• East campus consultation/liaison service, a small team of behavioral health providers and staff who provide consultation services to medically hospitalized patients
• The inpatient Behavioral Health unit, a 20-bed unit with an average case load of 6-12 patients who are admitted with medical issues and a co-occurring mental illness.

Work Hours and Call Coverage Flexible schedule based on census on inpatient unit and desired outpatient appointment scheduling. Generally 40 hours/ week - Monday - Friday. This position does not have required call obligations or weekend shifts

Compensation and Benefits Great compensation structure with guaranteed salary and production bonus!
