Lightyear Health is looking for a Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medical Doctor to build and lead clinical teams, develop and implement new robust educational training and onboarding programs for midlevel providers, and provide high level clinical operations support for our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation service line. You'll create and oversee innovations that are rapidly changing the healthcare delivery landscape across the US. Here’s what you’ll do:
Hire and manage teams of MDs, PAs and NPs to delivery high quality care in a novel delivery model
Oversee development of robust, scalable educational training programs that empower mid levels to deliver the highest quality of clinical care
Lead and reinforce a high-performance and high quality culture
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience developing and iterating models in fast-paced, dynamically-changing environments
Started and scaled your own practice with additional providers
Educational program development experience in an academic or teaching institution
A proven track record of strong clinical operations and people management skills
An interest in working in a non-bureaucratic, mission-oriented environment with a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and developing new ideas and better ways of doing things
Anticipated Salary Range
We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $240,000and $260,000 annually. This does not include a stock option grant, which all of our team members receive. The exact salary will depend on (1) how many years of relevant and transferable experience the candidate brings to the role and (2) the internal level at which the candidate is hired in relation to our career development framework.
