The Department of Orthopedics and Physical Rehabilitation at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA is currently seeking a BC/BE Physiatristwith Fellowship Training in Interventional Spine. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials as well as a commitment to excellence and patient care, research and teaching. The chosen candidate will receive a highly competitive compensation/benefits package with compensation incentivized to benefit productive clinicians.
An academic appointment, commensurate with credentials and experience, is also available. Clinical and Basic Research opportunities are extensive in this stimulating and collegial academic environment.
The Department of Orthopedics and Physical Rehabilitation offers physicians an extraordinary opportunity to work in a nationally recognized state of the art, high-volume practice situated in our three UMass Memorial Medical Center locations. The Spine Center, which is housed on our Memorial Campus, is staffed by spine orthopedists, neurosurgeons, physiatrists, anesthesiologists, rheumatologists and other staff, all with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in the treatment of congenital, degenerative and traumatic spine disorders in both adults and children. Patient derived outcome measures are routinely collected at the Spine Center.
