Revive spine and pain center is a growing pain management practice in southern NJ seeking a hard working, intelligent, and innovative fellow for a one year comprehensive training program in interventional spine and sports medicine. This is a non ACGME accredited fellowship. This is a broad experience with management of acute and chronic pain that focuses on use of interventions with minimally invasive procedures. The fellow will be expected to be able to evaluate new patient evaluations, follow ups, perform electrodiagnostics, and will be trained in both fluoroscopic guided interventional spine procedures and MSK ultrasound for diagnostic purposes as well as guiding procedures. The practice sees a wide variety of pathology including spine, joints, tendons, and cartilage injuries. Some procedures offered include epidural injections (lumbar TFESI, Caudal, Cervical, etc), cervical and lumbar facet joint/MBB injections, radiofrequency ablation, SI joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, all peripheral joint and bursa injections, as well as chronic migraine management. There is also a focus on regenerative medicine including PRP, BMAC, and exosomes. Sub-specialty procedures also offered include percutaneous tenotomy for calcific tendinopathy with the Tenex device and ultrasound guided carpal tunnel release with the Sonex microknife. Furthermore, this unique opportunity will also provide insight to practice management with a strong emphasis on business development of a private practice with a potential for growth with the practice for the right trainee.
