This fellowship program is an outpatient spine and musculoskeletal/sports medicine survive which offers an Intensive and comprehensive training for interventional spinal injection techniques including Lumbar, Thoracic, Cervical Epidural Steroid injections (Transforaminal, Intra-laminar, Caudal approaches), median Branch Blocks,  facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of medial branches, SI joint injection, Discography, Spinal cord Stimulator Trial (implantation with a spinal surgeon or neurosurgeon), Intradiscal injection of PRP, cervical and lumbar sympathetic nerve blocks. Genicular nerve blocks and RFA. The fellows also have opportunity assisting in spinal surgeries for Neurosurgeons or Spinal surgeons for endoscopic discectomy, laminectomy and/or fusion surgeries to gain enough knowledge for future patient care. 
 
The program also offers both diagnostic and therapeutic musculoskeletal ultrasound in clinical practice. Regenerative medicine is integrated in the clinical practice. The fellows are also trained with high level of EMG/NCV studies.  Large volume of patients will be encountered and evaluated by fellows to gain enough and in depth clinical knowledge and skills in musculoskeletal medicine. Evidence based medicine will be used as a guidance whenever possible during clinical training.
 
The program is affiliated with Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School and has been regularly receiving medical students for clinical rotation.

Additional Salary Information: 2 weeks(10 work days) vacation, 5 days CME up to $2,500. Medical Insurance
