The Marketing Strategy Analyst supports the objectives of the Strategic Marketing and Communications Department through research, management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and analysis of data and preparation of reports. Principal responsibilities will involve supporting service line, corporate, business development and other marketing planning efforts, as well as ensuring reliable reporting, synthesis and analysis of data.
Responsible for assisting with the development and execution of effective CRM strategies and program components to achieve strategic relational, financial and operational volume growth goals. Collaborate with corporate and facility marketing professionals; strategic planning, managed care/business development and information management departments; and other internal support areas such as legal and decision support to manage all aspects of the CRM process including marketing plan creation, affinity group development and service offerings, CRM vendor management, internal data collection and exportation, and best practice sharing among healthcare system partners.
Provided a high level of support and strategy to marketing and communications colleagues to assist with utilization of the CRM system. Resides as the super user and point person of the CRM system used to target, plan and nature relationships with prospective and current patients.
Tracks and monitors return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns. Tracks and reports ROI for marketing expenditures on a quarterly basis or as requested. Develop and report on ongoing marketing tests across wide range of online and offline advertising, conversion, and retention campaigns.
The Marketing Strategy Analyst must stay informed and aligned with the data management objectives of the department. At a minimum, the analyst must have knowledge of all available data sources within the department, as well as all on-going reports.
Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential product and service markets. Identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect the organization s market position. Provides market research and customer assessments and draws strategic and tactical insights as they relate to the company. Monitors, researches, analyzes, prepares and presents written and verbal reports on internal, environmental and strategic topics that are identified by senior management as determinants of organizational performance.
A minimum of 4-6 years previous experience managing the use of a CRM system in the healthcare space- either with a provider or consulting firm, in operations, planning and/or marketing preferred. Microsoft Office specifically including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Bachelor s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
Ability to discuss technical issues with technical and non-technical audiences and work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer systems technology and the Internet; ability to learn new applications.
Proven ability to balance multiple concurrent projects based on department needs.
Highly self-motivated, good time management, works well under pressure.
