The H. Ben Taub Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking outstanding faculty members who are committed to an academic career in physiatry.
Positions available are in:
Brain Injury Medicine (2 positions) - Inpatient and Outpatient rehabilitation services at TIRR/BCM/Affiliates
MSK/Sports Medicine/Spine - Outpatient clinical services at BSLMC McNair Campus
Pain Medicine/Pain Management - Outpatient services at BSLMC McNair Campus and Inpatient consults
Neuromuscular and Spasticity - Provide Inpatient bed service and consults at BSLMC & Additional clinics at McNair for patients
Pediatric physiatry (2 positions) - Inpatient and Outpatient rehabilitation services at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) & at TCH West Campus/BCM
Successful candidates will have strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and commitment to academic physiatry. Fellowship training or expertise in an area of subspecialties is highly desirable. Candidate must be eligible to obtain attending staff privileges at BCM affiliated hospitals and obtain/maintain a full Texas medical license.
