The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking candidates for a value-based fellowship in spine and musculoskeletal medicine. Clinical expertise will be developed through work in outpatient clinics, procedure suites, and exposure to multiple services lines within UPMC. A unique aspect of this fellowship will be the payer and provider collaboration in teaching health systems and payment policy through real life care models, value-based payments and health care transformation. The opportunities to work in alternative payment and delivery structures and to build care teams will provide one-of-a-kind training for success in our rapidly evolving health care environment.
