McLeod Spine Center is looking for a full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to join the practice.
As a part of McLeod Health, McLeod Spine Center, you will work with 2 talented physicians, with a combined practicing experience of 50 years, to treat a variety of conditions including injuries, herniated discs, and systemic diseases. Using the latest techniques and technology, to care for patients and help patients back in motion.
Physiatrist will provide evaluation of pain management patients with a focus on chronic neck and back injuries.
Education/ Licensure: MD/DO is required. Must be licensed and/or certified by appropriate agencies as required by state law.Experience: At least 2 years work experience or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of theory and practice to give and evaluate patient care. Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures to administer patient care. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment. Skill in applying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques necessary to provide on-going patient care. Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions. Skill in preparing and maintaining electronic medical records and writing reports. Ability to analyze situations and apply critical thinking. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Able to communicate accurately and positively with other health professionals. Good interpersonal skills required.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00-5:00, Friday from 8-12 PM
