Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute (BHRI), in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking BE/BC Physiatrists to practice inpatient and outpatient medicine.
BHRI is a 120-bed, CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation hospital. It is the largest in the state of Arkansas and is one of nine hospitals within the Baptist Health system. In addition, BHRI has 15 outpatient therapy centers across central Arkansas.
There are currently seven Physiatrists on active staff. All of the physicians are PM&R trained and provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient services. They also share weekday call for the hospital. Hospitalists within the system provide weekend call coverage. Inpatient and outpatient demand indicates a need for a well-trained, energetic physician who is ready to join a busy practice.
AHG is the employed physician group for Baptist Health. Currently one of the eight Physiatrists on staff is employed by AHG. This opportunity is for another Physiatrist to join the employed group. The other physicians on staff are employed by UAMS or are in private practice.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
