Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is a 115-bed hospital specializing in physical rehabilitation. More than 15,000 individuals come to Sunnyview annually from across NY’s Capital Region. Sunnyview offers programs in neuro-rehab, spinal cord injury, brain injury, ventilator weaning programs, aquatic therapy, orthopedic rehab, hearing services, cardiopulmonary rehab, and wellness programs.
St. Peter’s Hospital is a full scope 442 bed community hospital offering a wide spectrum of care, from cardiovascular surgery to cancer care, orthopedics, advanced imagining, to emergency care and beyond. Our team in physical medicine is offering consultative inpatient services at St. Peter’s to help us provide seamless and more integrated care to our patients across our system.
These positions will provide inpatient acute rehab care for patients following orthopedic injuries, amputation, and stroke- and provide outpatient follow up for these populations in our clinic at Sunnyview. These roles may also provide consultation services in partnership with primary care sites within our system. Additionally the physician will to perform EMGs and treat routine outpatients with musculoskeletal issues like lower back and/or neck pain, and myofascial pain.

Applicants should have the following:
Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehab
2-5 years of experience is preferred. New and recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply
DEA Licensure/NYS Licensure required
