This is a private practice based outpatient fellowship program of spine interventional and musculoskeletal pain medicine. The program director has clinical appointment from Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School. Aside from intensive and large volume of clinical trainings on image guided spine and joint injection techniques, cutting edge medical technology is also incorporated. Evidence based medicine will be used in clinical training wherever applicable. Fellows have the opportunity and option to teach medical students and/or residents rotating through this office. Research presentations and publications are optional and will be funded by this institution. There are no calls or inpatient responsibilities.
1. Cervical, thoracic and lumbar epidural steroid injections (transforaminal, interlaminar and caudal) 2. Cervical, thoracic and lumbar medial branch blocks and facet joint injections. 3. Radiofrequency ablation to the medial branches of cervical, thoracic and lumbar dorsal rami 4. Cervical, thoracic and lumbar discography 5. Spinal cord stimulation (trial) and implantation (with a surgeon) 6. MSK US or fluoroscopic guided joint injections 7. EMG/NCS 8. Regenerative Medicine (PRP and stem cells for joint and intradiscal treatment) 9. Endoscopic lumbar discectomy (with a surgeon)
