For over 50 years, Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital's Physical Rehabilitation Center has been providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with one major goal: fostering independence. The program is CARF accredited and has a full range of therapy and specialty programs including Physiatry, PT, OT, Recreational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work services, Neuropsychology, Rehab Nursing, Balance Center, Sports Medicine, Massage Therapy and more.
Our CARF accredited 38 bed comprehensive IRF is located in Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital which for the third year in a row has been honored as one of America's 100 Best Hospitals by Healthgrades. Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is also a verified Level III trauma center.
The private practice is located in a new two story building, mixed use with commercial downstairs and residential upstairs. The commercial use space has 7500 sq ft on the main level with an onsite pharmacy taking the front 2000+ sq ft lease space. It is a privately owned pharmacy and is quite a convenience for patients. In the residential space upstairs, there are five luxury apartments. It is located within walking distance to Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.
