Job Title: Physiatrist Employer: Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Stanford University
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a physiatrist to join the department. This position involves working with Stanford PM&R and Orthopaedic faculty to provide general outpatient musculoskeletal care at our Los Gatos clinic. Clinical duties include management of patients with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. Prior work experience and fellowship training in sports or equivalent work experience is preferred. The candidate must be board certified/eligible in physical medicine and rehabilitation. This position will be on the Clinician Educator line, and rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The major criterion for appointment for Clinician Educators is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care and clinical teaching appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.
